2024 Photo Contest Information
Thank you for your interest in the City's 2024 Photo Contest!
We know there are many amazing photos out there of the Grantsville area. We live in a beautiful place.
We would love you to submit digital photos that showcase our incredible town. These photos will be used
as we refresh our website, social media posts and other event promotions.
We will give the photographer credit when the photo is used.
Winning photos and entries will be posted on our website.
The deadline to submit your photo is May 31, 2024.
Your digital photos (along with entry form and release form-- if necessary) should be emailed to cmathis@grantsvilleut.gov. Photos showing close-ups of individuals, or where individuals are distinctly recognizable, should have photo release forms signed and submitted with the contest entry, unless taken on public property or at a city event. There will be an adult division and a youth division for ages 16 and under. The first prize winner in each category will receive $150.00, second place will receive $100.00 and 3rd place will receive $50.00.
Photos will be judged on the following criteria:
- Shows the best of Grantsville
- Originality
- Creativity
- Visual Design
- Composition
- Color, Lighting, Exposure and Focus
