We are now accepting Vendor applications.
All vendor applicants will need to come into City Hall to choose their location and pay the fee. ALL vendors must have a Utah Sales Tax ID number.  If you do not have a Sales Tax ID number, you can apply for a temporary number here: https://tax.utah.gov/sales/specialevents.

VENDOR INFORMATION
Cost and Deadline:
$30.00 non-refundable clean-up fee.
All applications must be turned in by Monday, July 3rd, 2023.

Booth hours:
1:00 pm until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023. (Must be in spot by 10:00 am July 4th and can start serving at 1:00 pm)

Set Up Times:
4:00 - 6:30 pm Monday, July 3rd, or from 6:30  - 10:00 am Tuesday, July 4th.
All booths will need to be set up in advance. Please be aware these are the only times available for booth set up.

Food Handler and Temporary Food Booth Permits:
All food vendors must obtain a food handlers permit & a temporary food booth permit through Tooele County Health Department (435) 277-2300. A copy of your permit will need to be attached to your application. Vendor passes are required. Food Vendors will be parked on Cherry Street.


Vendors must provide their own power source.  Generators must be surrounded by sandbags (provided by Grantsville City).

Food vendors will only have room for the food truck, trailer, or cart. There will not be room for any support vehicles.
