UTILITY PAYMENT OPTIONS
Call City Hall with any questions (435)884-3411.
- Pay over the phone with a card or bank account -during City Hall Hours (9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday)
- Pay Utilities Online Here (Opens a new page for Xpress Bill Pay) Set up account with Xpress Bill Pay. You can also set up autopay this way. You will need your account number for this process. Xpress Bill Pay allows you to sign up for text and email notifications. You can get an alert when your bill is ready and when your payment has been received. Just click on your name in the upper right corner and choose Account Settings. Then click on the type of notification you want.

SHUT – OFFS
Water will be shut off if you are two months delinquent. A shut-off message will be on your bill in bright red font. You will also receive a courtesy shut-off call prior to our designated shut-off day. If your bill is still not paid by the 20th, your water will be shut off and you will be assessed the $50.00 shut-off fee.
DO NOT TAMPER WITH, OR BURY WATER METER
*The water meter is City property.
Do not turn water on or off at the meter, or a $50.00 Meter Tampering Fee will be assessed. Call City Hall to have it turned on or off during work hours, or Dispatch if after hours.
Meter must be easily accessible to city employees at all times. Do not bury, cover, or otherwise block meter, or a $50.00 Buried Meter Fee will be assessed.
In case of an emergency, please call City Hall 435-884-3411 during work hours (9-5 Monday through Friday) and after hours please call 435-882-5600 (Police Dispatch).
